How it works

From “what’s possible?”
to “what’s next.”

Start with your business and your goals. Understand what to prepare, what different routes involve, and what to consider before an application.

A considered path forward

  1. 01Understand your starting point
  2. 02Prepare the information
  3. 03Compare the commitments
  4. 04Make your decision

You decide whether to proceed, prepare further, or pause.

The process

Good preparation changes the conversation.

  1. Establish where you actually stand

Before any lender is contacted, we read what your own records support.

    • You tell us about the business and what the money is for.
    • You upload the records privately; every access is recorded.
    • An advisor reads them and writes down the position, including the awkward parts.
  2. Address the preparation gaps

Find missing or inconsistent information before a provider reviews it.

    • We list conflicts between your records and your stated figures.
    • You correct them, in your own records, before anyone outside sees them.
    • You get a preparation plan you can act on without engaging us further.
  3. Compare routes on total cost

A headline rate is not a price. We compare what you will actually pay.

    • Total cost over the life of the facility, including fees and charges.
    • The security, guarantees and covenants each route expects from you.
    • The evidence behind every option on the shortlist.
  4. Decide, including deciding not to

Waiting three months is a legitimate outcome and we will say so.

    • You choose whether to proceed, prepare further, or stop.
    • Nothing is sent to any funder without your specific, recorded permission.
    • You can withdraw that permission at any time.

About the name

What “No Doc” actually means here

“No doc” and “low doc” describe funding that is assessed on evidence a funder can verify directly — bank transaction history, card takings, accounting feeds — instead of a full pack of prepared statements and projections.

It does not mean no information, no checks, and no personal responsibility. A no-doc route still involves identity checks, affordability assessment, and in most cases a personal guarantee. It is often faster and more expensive than a fully documented facility.

We use the name because that is the market a lot of owners arrive from. We then tell you plainly whether that route is the right one for you, including when the answer is that it is not.

Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

Does NoDocMoney mean no documents are required for funding?

No. You can start our readiness check without uploading documents. A funding provider may still require identity checks, bank information, revenue evidence, and other records before making a decision.

What does this cost me if nothing comes of it?

The readiness review is free. A success fee applies only to funds actually drawn under an agreed engagement. Any separately agreed paid consultation or completed advisory work remains payable even if you do not receive funding.

Does any of this affect my credit file?

The free readiness check runs no credit search and submits no funding application. A later provider application may involve a credit inquiry. Confirm the provider’s process before authorizing it.

Are you a lender?

No. We do not lend our own money and nothing here is an offer of credit. We advise, prepare and compare; the decision to lend is always someone else's.

Do I need my accounts in order before I start?

No. The point of the readiness review is to find out what is missing. Messy records are a normal starting position, not a reason to stay away.

What if the honest answer is that I should not borrow yet?

Preparing further or deciding not to borrow can be the right outcome. An advisor review should explain the gaps and next steps so you can make that decision with a clearer picture.

Who sees my documents?

Only you, people you invite, and the staff working on your case. Every access is recorded, and you can withdraw any permission at any time.

What information will I need for the readiness check?

The first check asks about the funding purpose and timing, basic business details, broad financial and credit context, and how you prefer to be contacted. It does not ask for documents, bank access, account numbers, or a Social Security number.

Will my information be sent to a lender?

No. The readiness check is not an application. Nothing is sent to a funder unless you later choose to proceed and give specific, recorded permission.

How does NoDocMoney get paid?

The readiness review is free. Paid advisory work is quoted and agreed in writing first. If a funder may pay us after funding completes, we disclose the amount before you decide and do not order a shortlist by what we earn.

What happens after the readiness check?

You see a preliminary preparation picture. You can stop there, save it to a private account, or ask for an advisor review. No application is created by completing the check.
