Finding your path
Which fee applies?
- Most people start with the readiness review. It is free, and many never pay us anything after it.
- If you want to talk it through, a 20-minute strategy call is the smallest paid step.
- The longer sessions are for cases with more than one route worth comparing properly.
- A success fee only ever applies to money actually drawn, and only where it was agreed in writing first.
Full disclosure
When a funder also pays us.
Some funders pay an arrangement commission when a facility completes. Where that happens, we disclose the amount to you in writing before you commit. We never order a shortlist by what we earn from it.
